Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Boxes United order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed food and drink items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your box arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
